__________________________________________________

What are your service areas?
-Currently I service the Round Rock/Cedar Park areas (some restrictions apply in Cedar Park).
My service area extends slightly into S. Leander, N. Austin and S. Georgetown.
For questions about a specific area, please feel free to contact me at stephanie@pinkribbonpetsitting.com.

What hours do you offer for visits/walks?
-
Typical visits begin as early as 6:00a and end between 8:30 - 9:00pm (with visits being offered all day long). Later visits can be arranged for an additional fee. At our first meet and greet we will discuss the specific times of visits that fit your pet's needs and schedule best.

Do you offer overnight care?
-
Unfortunately at this time I cannot offer overnight care. For pets with medical needs I can arrange for late night visits (for a small fee) or offer a referral to another pet sitter who may suit your pet sitting needs more appropriately.

What do I need to do to get started?
-
First, we need to set up an in home consultation (meet and greet), where I can get to know you and your pets in their home environment and assess their specific needs. This meet and greet usually takes about 20 - 30 minutes where I document information, such as feeding times, potty breaks and preferred playtime and from there we set up a schedule that works best for you. At this time we will go over my service agreement and I will get a copy of your key (I can either keep on file, should you choose for future visits or return to you after you return home.)

Do you have references?
-
Absolutely! I will provide references as a courtesy upon setting up your initial consultation or by request.

What type of experience do you have with animals?
-Premier Animal Hospital - Cedar Park TX - (2007 - 2010)
-Great Oaks Animal Hospital - Round Rock TX - (2005 - 2007)
-Austin Humane Society - Austin TX - (2005 - 2010)

What forms of payment do you accept?
-
Currently I accept cash or check as payment.

When is payment due?
-
Payment is due on the first day of services rendered. Cash or Check for the agreed upon amount can be left on the counter or other agreed upon space at your home. At time time I do not offer payment plans for new clients.

What is your cancellation/refund policy?
-I ask that any cacellations be made as soon as possible.
-Credits for visits already paid for will be given with 48 hours notice (with the exception of non-refundable deposits).
-Non-refunable deposits during holiday time are able to be refunded with 3 weeks notice of cancelled services. (Deposits vary based on pet sitting services.)

Do you work on National Holidays?
-Absolutely! A holiday fee is added to each visit on major holidays and a 'holiday weekend' fee is added to weekends accompanying these holidays, plus the Friday after Thanksgiving and dates between Dec 22 - Jan 3.

What is your policy on last minute reservations?
-Typically I ask that reservations be made as far in advance as possible, specifically for major holidays as I do book up. However, I understand that life happens and unexpected trips come up. In these cases, I am available for all of my clients (or potential clients) at any point! Please do not hesitate to call/text/email at any time in emergency situations. Keeping a key on file is a good idea for clients that make unexpected trips. I keep all of my keys in a locked safe.

What safety precautions do you take to ensure the safety of my home?
-I will lock every door as I enter/exit your home to ensure your home's security at all times. In addition, I will also rotate lights and curtains if you should choose to give your home a 'lived in' look.

What do you do in case of emergency?
-Sick/Injured Pets:
In the event that one of your pets should become ill or injured, I will contact you immediately. Should I be unable to reach you personally, I will contact your emergency contact and if I am unable to contact either you or your emergency contact I will (should it be necessary) take your pet to your Veterinarian for immediate care. (Please note that at the time of our initial consult I will obtain information about yout emergency contact and we will also talk about emergency protocols to fit your needs.)
-Sick Pet Sitter:
In the event that I am unable to care for your pets (injured, extremely sick, family emergency) I work with several other reliable and experienced pet sitters in the area who I can count on to take care of my clients while I am away. Should this issue ever arise, you will be contacted BEFORE any other individual enters your home to care for your pets.
